Suzan Cleaning Services provides residential, commercial, and specialty cleaning services across Chicagoland. Service availability, pricing, and details may change without notice. Quotes and estimates are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted if the scope of work differs.
3. Booking & Payments
All bookings are confirmed by phone, email, or through our booking system.
Payments are due as agreed upon during scheduling (either upfront, at service completion, or as invoiced).
We reserve the right to refuse service if unsafe or unsanitary conditions are present.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee (see our Cancellation Policy for details).
5. Liability Disclaimer
While our team takes every precaution to protect your property, Suzan Cleaning Services is not liable for:
Normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage.
Items not secured, fragile, or improperly installed.
Allergic reactions to cleaning products (unless specifically notified in advance).
